Get a Dose of Spring Vibes Courtesy of GAWP

GAWP is riding high off his recent releases and Miami Music Week trip, so he swung by to spin up a wicked mix to celebrate all things spring.

The United Kingdom is a hotbed for electronic music that has seemingly never cooled, and GAWP is helping keep that flame alive. Whether he’s releasing on imprints like Heldeep Records, This Ain’t Bristol, and Box Of Cats or crossing the pond to drop tunes on Farris Wheel, Dirtybird, and Slothacid, each track from this house artist is infectious at its core. The past few years have seen GAWP’s career continue to flourish as he’s delivered a number of fresh tunes while growing his own label, Prime Society, along the way.

GAWP kicked off 2023 in style with the release of “Manifestations” with Wilkie in February and has since dropped plenty more house heaters, including “Mesmerized” with Gene Farris and a remix of Devon James‘ “Risky Business.” He also dropped off a techno tune after teaming up with Marc Spence on “Sinner Down,” which dropped as the dust settled from Miami Music Week.

Those releases are just the tip of the iceberg as GAWP dives deeper in the year, as he has another collaboration in the pipeline, “Ninety Five” with Elijah & Grundy, which is due out later this month on Altra Moda. Additionally, he’s set to take the stage at HiFi Club in Leeds at the end of April and Nozstock The Hidden Valley in July. But before things get too hectic during festival season, GAWP stopped by and gifted a mix for everyone to groove out to.
