LP Giobbi Announces Debut Album with New Single "Can't Let You Go"

**LP Giobbi returns with her signature upbeat sound on her latest single “Can’t Let You Go” ahead of her debut album, Light Places.**

Between her energetic stage presence and her infectious piano-infused beats, powerhouse producer LP Giobbi has an energy about her that is hard to resist. Ever since the start of her career, she’s made it abundantly clear that music is nothing less than an outlet to express the joy that seems to radiate through her being. It’s this authentic ethos combined with her flourishing production talent that continues to bring in adoring listeners who can’t get enough of what she brings to the table.

In 2022 she launched FEMME HOUSE, a nonprofit organization created with the purpose of providing equal education opportunities for, and highlighting the voices of, women and non-binary individuals in music. Since its fruition, FEMME HOUSE has provided resources for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals to chase their dreams of making music through avenues such as free production boot camps, online courses, and scholarships. Additionally, it gave way to an incredible compilation that featured house cuts from Coco & Breezy, VNSSA, Baby Weight, and more.

On top of launching FEMME HOUSE, LP Giobbi continued to release a plethora of euphoric tunes throughout 2022 including a remix album for Jerry Garcia’s solo album Garcia. Now, the producer is unleashing more of her piano house gems upon the world as she’s announced her forthcoming album Light Places, a 13-track album to be released on May 12. In light of its release, she’s gifted us with the new single “Can’t Let You Go,” a groovy cut flush with funky bass, reverberating keys, and synthesized vocals courtesy of indie pop duo Little Jet.

LP Giobbi sets a precedent for fun-loving, sunshine-soaked music, and Light Places will land just in time to declare it the new go-to summertime album. In addition to “Can’t Let You Go,” her previous releases “All In A Dream” and “Body Breathe” will land on Light Places, giving us an indication of the feel-good vibes that we can expect on the album. With these tracks in mind, it goes without saying that airy keys and stellar grooves will be the soundtrack for summer days spent poolside and nights spent dancing all your cares away.
