XiJaro & Pitch Are "Chasing Dreams" with Their New Mix

XiJaro & Pitch just released “Chasing Dreams” off their forthcoming compilation, and gifted a mix to showcase its emotion-fueled nature.

While everyone was live streaming during the pandemic, few rode that wave quite as far as XiJaro & Pitch. Aside from Club Quarantine from Gabriel & Dresden, there weren’t many other electronic acts that dominated the airtime like this duo did. Not only were they growing a new fanbase, but they were also doing good by raising funds for the Norrie Disease Foundation through their Chasing Dreams fundraising events.

Anthony “Pitch” Reyers may be blind and losing his hearing from a currently incurable disease, but he has never lost hope and is endlessly inspiring others. And with his partner Xander van Dommelen (XiJaro) they’ve done amazing things together which include these fundraisers and, of course, beautiful music production. The latest track the duo delivered for the masses to consume is “Chasing Dreams,” which is dripping with anthemic elements and stunning strings that will lift listeners up to the heavens.

Performing live is another way that Anthony is projecting joy and hope for the future, and helping others to understand that a disability is not a death sentence. This year has seen XiJaro & Pitch take the stage at Transmission Australia, and they will be found on the main stage at Luminosity, ASOT Utrecht, and several others to be announced in the coming months.

To celebrate their new single and the upcoming run of shows, XiJaro & Pitch spun up a mix that is filled to the brim with their own originals and remixes, along with a flurry of tracks from the likes of Rank 1 and Shanokee, RAM and Cari, Peetu S, and more. For this mix I wanted to include a little something special, so there’s some exclusive material in there. The brand new Chasing Dreams single personifies everytihng that XiJaro & Pitch represent. It was written in a difficult time to focus on hope for the future and Chasing your Dreams. This mix is celebrates and extends upon that hopeful and joyful purpose!
