Wongo Returns for Round Three of ‘Not For Radio’

in New Releases

Wongo is back with more delectable sounds on the latest edition of Not For Radio, and it just might be the sexiest one yet.

Wongo is known to bring all the delicious tunes needed to keep the night young. This DJ, producer, label head, and former B-boy has all the skillsets one could dream of possessing and he uses his skills flawlessly. Over the years he has become a cherished member of the dance music community with an array of tracks like “Tic Toc,” and “The Preacher” while also staying busy with spreading the sounds of his label Box Of Cats as well.

In 2020, Wongo launched the Not For Radio series, which showcased the standout track “Her First Rave,” and kept everyone moving as the oddness of the first round of lockdown began. It was an absolute vibe that needed to continue, and so it did. The second part reached the airwaves in 2021 and had listeners in a frenzy especially once they heard the persuasive sounds of “Get Up” with owie, all anyone wanted to do was dance the night away.

Now Wongo has returned with a fresh batch of tracks on Not For Radio, Pt. 3 and you’re going to want to wear some comfy shoes when you play this because your feet won’t be able to stop moving. “The Dome” comes in with a tease as its buildup leaves you on the edge of your seat until that tasty bassline hits you to increase your heart rate.

Wasting no time and keeping the heat alive “Jungle Juice” is up next and will have listeners feeling as if they’ve been teleported back into the ’70s as this tubular track’s groovy vocals and drums fill the space. Sure to have hips swaying to its tropical house feels, “Uluwatu” will transport you to an oasis through sounds with bongos that will undeniably have you feeling like you’re a part of an island night ritual.

Listen to Wongo’s latest on Spotify or on your preferred streaming service to hear the groovy goodness for yourself!
