Drum and bass duo Hybrid Minds reveals their upcoming EP’s release date along with a headlining show at OVO Arena Wembley this fall.
There’s no doubt that Hybrid Minds has steadily risen to the top of the UK drum and bass scene as they continue stealing the hearts of many around the globe. Known for their signature pop meets drum and bass style, their music always features uplifting or emotional lyrics in harmony with upbeat melodic soundscapes. So far this summer, they’ve taken the stages of festivals like Glastonbury, Forbidden Forest, and Liquicity and even made US appearances at EDC Las Vegas and at Zeds Dead’s Deadrocks.
Now, Hybrid Minds has unveiled one of the biggest headlining shows of their career as they prepare to take over the OVO Arena Wembley on October 22. The show will arrive just a day after the release of their upcoming EP, Tides: Part 1, on October 21. Not only are Hybrid Minds the first drum and bass artists to headline Wembley this year, but they’re also the third from the genre to headline the venue after Andy C and Pendulum. Having secured this massive show certainly speaks volumes to their popularity and dedicated fanbase.
As fans wait for the entire Tides EP to be released in October, Hybrid Minds recently released a single for a taste of what’s to come. This bright and bubbly track is titled Better Now and features vocalist Lily Denning atop its uplifting melody. The sweet lyrics “I feel better now, better now, and I hope you feel it too” are sure to have everyone in attendance at the Wembly this year singing along.
