Planning to attend WAKAAN Music Festival when it returns this fall? Make sure to grab tickets soon to lock in your experience!

A new festival for freeform bass music lovers arrived on the scene back in 2019 and brought forth a delightful weekend of wubs – WAKAAN Music Festival. After years of running the thriving imprint, Liquid Stranger set off to curate a jaw-dropping lineup and craft up a unique experience – and his fervent fanbase has craved another edition ever since. Now, after two years of sitting on the sidelines until it was safe to host the festival again, WAKAAN Music Festival is back and gearing up to be better than ever in 2022.

Set to make its return to Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, Arkansas on September 29 – October 1, WAKAAN Music Festival is sure to draw in bass music lovers from all walks of life to get down and dirty to some quality tunes. While the lineup is yet to be revealed, aside from the label boss himself taking the stage, if the past edition is any indication it’s sure to pack a punch with a variety of top-tier artists and rising stars alike in the realm of experimental, freeform bass, and more.

GA and VIP passes come paired with primitive car camping, but if you’re planning to splurge there are options for shaded upgrades and RV camping. Beyond the weekend filled with music and the pre-party that’s set to kick everything off on September 28, there’s plenty more in store for those who plan to make their way to the Ozarks this fall. WAKAAN is bringing a plethora of daily activities to participate in, as well as offering tasty bites to eat from local food vendors and art to browse through as well.

3-day GA, VIP, and VIP Gold tickets and camping passes for WAKAAN Festival are on sale now and moving quickly. Head over to SeeTickets to make your purchase and stay tuned for the lineup to drop in the coming months!

Grant Gilmore

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
