Rising bass artist Lizzy Jane is taking over your airwaves with her new podcast, The XO, available on YouTube and Spotify.

It isn’t a secret that men have dominated the dance music scene, but Lizzy Jane is here to change that. She’s ready to make room for women in dance music as producers, creators, public figures, and leaders. We respect her hustle to create a more diverse and inclusive space for everyone in the scene, and now she’s unveiled her latest project The XO podcast.

Earlier this year we caught up with Lizzy Jane to chat about everything from the beginning of her career to her many projects including the weekly XO Radioshow and XO Live Sessions. She was featured on the GRL GANG compilation album Riot, and in the past, has performed at popular festivals like Sunset Music Festival and Forbidden Kingdom, as well as livestreams such as Deadbeats House Party.

If that isn’t enough information to blow you away, the rising bass artist is launching her new podcast, The XO, available now on YouTube and Spotify. Her first guest is none other than London-based crossover duo Modestep. (If you’re a bass lover then you should be familiar with their hit bangers “Sunlight” and “We Don’t Play.”) The second episode will be live on Thursday, November 26 with CHIME joining the rising star.

Lizzy Jane also opened up about the overall vibe and purpose of The XO and we’re here for it. “The XO Podcast was curated by myself to give my listeners an insight to the music industry from all angles and different points of views,” she said when asked about the new podcast. “I have artists, talent agents, managers, and industry professionals from all over the board coming on the show to talk about their lifestyle and their contribution to the spinning wheel of the music industry. We will be covering current events, the newest treads, and overall advice for aspiring future industry professionals.”

You can check out and listen to Lizzy Jane’s The XO Podcast on Spotify or YouTube, let us know what you think in the comments below!

Raven doesn't discriminate when it comes to EDM. She's a lover of every genre, but RL Grime will forever hold the key to her heart and wallet. This LA native has been apart of the community since 2011 and has watched it grow like no other. She's excited about the new wave of talent turning up at events and strives to keep PLUR alive as new people join the community. Raven has a bad case of FOMO and spends too much money on festivals, so if you ever see her at a show—give her a hug, trade some kandi, and shuffle together.
