The BPM Festival Malta has announced the initial artists playing their upcoming edition including Adam Beyer, Skream, ANNA, Michael Bibi, and more!

As Europe continues to succeed in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the restrictions on live shows and festivals have begun to be rolled back. Now, The BPM Festival has thrown their hat into the ring to be one of the first festivals to happen since lockdown measures were put in place with The BPM Festival Malta.

Set to be hosted on the Mediterranean island from September 11-13, there has been a buzz of excitement today with the initial lineup that features some of the biggest names in house and techno. Immediate standouts included everyone from Adam Beyer and Jamie Jones to Michael Bibi and Honey Dijon, and there are plenty of other stunners like Eli Brown, Mason Maynard, Solardo, Skream, and Eats Everything on the bill.

Why did The BPM Festival choose Malta and how are they handling the coronavirus?

Aside from being a beautiful setting, the island nation has seen the second-lowest number of COVID-19 cases in all of Europe. Those heading to the festival from outside of the country will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire, including recent travel details from the past month, and might be subject to an additional test for COVID-19. Further, the festival site will have temperature checks upon entry, sanitation stations, and testing on-site.

Those who are considering attending The BPM Festival Malta should take their own health into consideration, but also the status of their own country as some, including the United States, have been barred entry into Europe at this time. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, purchasers will receive a refund or passes to a future edition. If tickets are purchased but you can later not attend due to a travel ban by the Maltese government, a refund will be issued as well. More details on their policies can be found on their website.

Tickets for The BPM Festival Malta are available now via Festicket.com with hotel partners which have a low deposit for those looking for lodging. Stay tuned for additional announcements and let us know if you plan to attend in the comments!
