Snails Provides Explosive Remixes for His ‘World of Slime’ EP

Snails assembled some of the best in bass music to provide some stellar remixes to his latest EP, World of Slime!

Bass heavyweight Snails is no stranger to bringing in A-list producers to work their magic on his tunes. In the past, his debut album The Shell underwent the remix treatment to positive acclaim and now he brings us a fully remixed version of his 2019 EP, World of Slime.

This remix package kicks off in high gear with Leotrix‘s remix of “Tear It Up” where he flips the original on its head entirely with multiple drops and immaculate sound design. MVRDA and Samplifire have linked up to provide a metallic riddim version of “RKO” and legendary duo Modestep is brought into the fray as well with their rock-infused, pounding take on “Jackhammer” will make you want to bang your head immediately!

Half-way through the EP is Effin‘s remix of “Grime Rate“. He changes things up from his normal dubstep production and gives us a drum & bass remix to the track. The higher tempo on this track injects electrifying energy into the EP. Prior to that, though,  Blunts & Blondes also takes a stab at “Jackhammer“, showing off his smooth bass melodies that you can listen to on repeat.

Swedish producer Bossfight lends his talents to “System Overload” and the result is an explosive and stimulating track. FrostTop unleashes his distinctive trap style on his remix of Snailclops, and while he may be a newcomer to the bass scene, his remix hits hard! Last but not least, is Control Freak‘s remix to the “Snailephant VIP.” This remix is arguably one of the heaviest on this EP and is a great way to cap off this fantastic package.
