When it comes to delivering vocal trance that resonates deep within the human spirit, Anske has the game on lock. Whether he knocked your socks off in the past with singles on multiple editions of In Search Of Sunrise, helped you howl at the moon with Space Howl, or gave you something to resonate with on his Community Isolation Set, Anske always leaves us fulfilled. This week we get to celebrate with the Lithuanian trance wonder as he, alongside Ellie White, prepares for the release of “Loving U”!

This track marks the third go-round for Anske on Markus Schulz’ annual In Bloom Mix and we can certainly understand why the inclusion continues. His music is the perfect compliment for the budding spring season! Back in 2018’s edition, we were gifted with the powerful atmosphere of “Love Won’t End” which was followed by a fiery peak hour stunner in 2019 called “Bring My Spirit.” Now, he’s back with “Loving U,” a fresh tune hitting Coldharbour Recordings officially on May 15. With a little help from the magnificent vocal chops of Ellie White, “Loving U” bonds romance with upbeat mainstage mayhem!

While Anske works his magic on the domineering dance floor elements, Ellie White provides a romantic touch as her voice matches those of the angels above. She masters a sweet inflection that lands gracefully on the ear with a tone that can soothe the hardest of hearts. Poised to get us in the mood, it is Ellie who leads us to the wake of a spectacular build. At this very moment, I begin to feel myself get choked up.

Upon hearing the drop I am immediately whisked away to the mainstage, envisioning the bright flash of fireworks while the lasers and lights cast a spectacular glow on the crowd. I imagine seeing flags and totems swaying in the breeze as the crowd jumps and cheers to the pounding of the rhythm. Yes, “Loving U” reminds me of a better time. A time in which we embraced the power of freedom and love with our expressions on the dance floor. A time that we may have taken for granted.

It is tracks like “Loving U” that keep me hopeful for the day that we can get back to the lifestyle we so desperately long for. Hopeful for the day that we can get back to being physically side by side, dancing to the music that lifts us higher. Stay safe and strong my friends!
