Will you be celebrating Día de Los Muertos with Dog Blood, The Martinez Brother, and more at HARD Day of the Dead 2019? Enter our contest!

On Saturday, November 2, one of our favorite events to attend during spooky season, HARD Day of the Dead, returns to LA State Historic Park for another massive edition. This year will continue to keep up the tradition of paying homage to Mexican culture and Día de Los Muertos by featuring Mexican inspired decorations, local artists, flavorful cuisine, and live mariachis.

Beyond the aesthetic scenery LA State Historic Park always delivers on–especially at sunset–and culturally significant decor, the lineup for HARD DOTD boasts some quality acts as well. Dog Blood is set to headline, and given the enormous year they’ve had so far you’re destined to see a stunning set if you catch them.

This rest of this year’s lineup is centered around bass and house acts, including The Martinez Brothers, Blacklizt (Zhu’s deep house/techno alias), Justin Martin, and 1788-L among others. Brownies & Lemonade will also be represented on this year’s lineup, who is sure to bring out some top-notch rising acts in the scene today.

All in all, HARD DOTD is shaping up to be a solid festival and the perfect way to wrap up the spooky season for 2019. If you haven’t gotten tickets yet, you’re in luck because we’ve teamed up with HARD to give you an opportunity to win a pair of tickets for the festival.
