What comes to mind when you think of visiting Chicago? For me, it’s giardiniera, hotdogs (without ketchup), and house music!  With any luck, we’ll get all three when the Birdhouse Festival returns to Chicago this September.  A new location has been secured for this years event, one that will hopefully accommodate more fans as the inaugural event was completely sold out and packed to the max!

Whether it was the surprise set from Derrick Carter, the street-fair style accouterments, or those special vibes found during all inaugural events, the first edition of the Birdhouse was a smashing success by all accounts.  Building off of that success and the undying love for all things house and Dirtybird, this years edition has some big shoes to fill.

This year’s edition features an extended set from Dirtybird boss Claude Vonstroke and a supporting cast that is out of this world.  Whether you’re getting down to the homie VNSSA‘s groovy sound or the crunchy, in-your-face style of Walker & Royce, there is ample fun for everyone.  And who knows, the special guest set will almost certainly be a highlight of the night.  Simply put, you’ll definitely have FOMO if you’re not at Lakefront Green on September 7!

Tickets for Dirtybird Presents: Birdhouse Festival are available now via SeeTickets. Grab your’s today as this event will surely sell out!
