This year’s edition of Electric Forest is coming up quick so we made the perfect Spotify playlist to help get you ready for your trip!

These next few weeks are going to fly by in anticipation of returning to Electric Forest. The four-day festival will take place June 27-30 in the quiet town of Rothbury, Michigan. This year’s edition will only take place once instead of hosting back to back weekends which is paired with changes including expanded grounds and lessen their environmental impact as a whole.

Every year, Forest HQ delivers a lineup that combines some of the best artists in the electronic music scene with some jam band action that will have you grooving away the entire weekend and this year is no different. This year’s lineup includes legends like Zeds Dead, Kygo, Gorgon City, and Bassnectar, as well as ODESZA who are wrapping up their Moment’s Apart tour. Heavier genres being represented by NGHTMRE & SLANDER Present: Gud Vibrations, Ganja White Night, 12th Planet, and many others!

If you’ve attended the forest before then you will also recognize the true staples of the festival. The String Cheese Incident will play multiple times this year and we can expect Dixon’s Violin to have some monumental performances as well. The Carousel Club will also be featuring a homage to nightclubs from the ’70s when disco ruled dance music, complete with glitz, glamour, and good vibes!

With so many artists on the lineup, it’s impossible to see everyone! To help you discover the sounds that will permeate the forest, we’ve put together a playlist that includes an array of artists featured on the lineup. Use it for your drive or just periodically throughout the week and let the music guide your set selection. Be sure to let us know in the comments if you’re going and what year this is for you!
