Lineup Released for Mamby on the Beach 2019

Mamby on the Beach is back this August at Montrose Beach with artists like Virtual Self, ZHU, Flying Lotus, and more taking the stage!

Mamby on the Beach is one of the most unique festivals in Chicago. Hosting a mix of bands, vocalists, and DJs, Mamby has consistently been a peaceful musical oasis on Oakwood Beach on the South side of Chicago since it started in 2015. This year, as the festival celebrates its fifth anniversary with some new dates, August 23-25, and Mamby is moving fourteen miles North on Lake Shore Drive to their new location at Montrose Beach.

The news coming in today is exciting, as Montrose is definitely a more convenient spot for a lot of attendees, and many will recognize the beach as the former home of the now extinct Wavefront Festival. Also, the new dates mean that Mamby no longer overlaps with Electric Forest. But we know the most important piece of info today was the lineup, and it’s packed with headliners like VIRTUAL SELF, ZHU, and Flying Lotus on the bill.

Broken out into three stages, Beach, Park, and Oasis, this year’s edition of Mamby on the Beach is set to be a stunner. The Beach stage has the least electronic-oriented lineup of the three, with headliners such as Brockhampton, Quinn XCII, and Troye Sivan. The Park stage hosts a variety of impressive artists that include Santigold, A R I Z O N A, and Kasbo. The Mixmag & Beatport DJ Tent will be replaced by Oasis and will see Justin Martin, DJ Seinfeld, Sam Gellaitry, and more take over the decks.
