Phoenix’s The Van Buren will play host to Seven Lions’ The Journey II Tour with support from Jason Ross and MitiS.

Producer and DJ, Seven Lions, is set to bring his genre-bending talents to The Van Buren on Sunday, October 14 for The Journey II Tour. A seamless mix of empyrean trance accentuated with the best elements of adrenalizing bass, Seven Lions continues to challenge convention by refusing to be defined by a single style.

The Journey II Tour, a continuation of the successful The Journey Tour in 2016, kicked off Wednesday, September 26, in Los Angeles, CA at the Palladium.  The tour, spanning 42 cities across North America in just 67 days, promises to bring Seven Lions’ thoughtful blend of soulful, energetic creations to fans far and wide.

Seven Lions will be joined in Phoenix by Jason Ross and MitiS. Seven Lions and Ross have collaborated on multiple tracks and have previously played B2B sets together. MitiS, who got his start in music as a classically trained pianist, combines thumping bass, heavy beats, and melodic artistry to create an appealing blend house and dubstep grooves.

The Van Buren, a fairly new venue in downtown Phoenix, opened a little over a year ago.  Once the showroom for Phoenix Motor Company, the converted car dealership is now an excellent 1800 capacity concert venue. Perfectly set up for EDM shows, The Van Buren offers the intimacy of a small venue with plenty of amenities and lots of room to dance.  Come join us for what is sure to be an amazing show!

Erin has been listening to electronic music on and off since the early 2000s, which is when trance music captured her heart and soul. Over the years, she has expanded into a number of other styles and genres, especially techno and house. Originally from Chicago, she spent the better part of the last decade seeking out any electronic music she could find, and traveled the length of the country in search of some incredible moments at festivals like EDC, TomorrowWorld, and the Dirtybird Campout. Having since settled in Denver, she focuses her energies primarily on the house and techno scene around town and traveling to mountain and west coast festivals whenever possible.
