Returning for the sixth installment this year, Northern Nights Music Festival has continued to grow in new ways with each passing edition. For 2018 they have vastly expanded the amount of cannabis education opportunities and partnerships, but the soundtrack for the weekend is something that we will all be things to look forward.
With a lineup that is stacked with some seriously talented acts, Northern Nights is bringing plenty of artists to choose from when you’re dancing the day or night away in the Redwoods. Justin’s Top Picks at Northern Nights Music Festival 2018
Hailing from the Pacific Northwest state of Oregon, Emancipator brings a vibe that is undeniably unique and will leave you in awe. Trained as a classic violinist from a young age, Emancipator quickly evolved into a serious force in the electronic music community. From Japan to the Playa, this guys has been know to throw down some of the most epic sets at any event. He’ll be closing the night on Sunday and is sure to be an artist not to miss! Bringing his tropical, tech house stylings to the tables, Thomas Jack is sure to have the right kind of beats to make for a perfect sunny day in the Redwoods. Originally from New South Wales, his music has found itself in all reaches of the globe with his infectious vibes in full force. As one of the co-founders of Dirtybird Records, Justin Martin has been a force in the San Francisco House scene over the past 15 years. With plenty of experience both in the studio and behind the decks, his set at Northern Nights is slated to be one of the best of the entire event. Known for his tech-house vibes and occasional drum & bass sets, you shouldn’t sleep on his set at Northern Nights!

One of the hottest duos in the house scene, Walker & Royce have truly exploded in popularity over the past two years. Finding a home in the Dirtybird Flock, they have continually left fans impressed with their tracks like “Take Me To Your Leader” and collaborations with artists like Chris Lake on “Close Your Eyes”. If you’re looking to get down on the dancefloor, this is the set you should be at!
If you’re looking for some of the best sounds in the house music scene, then look no further than legendary duo Jack Beats. Known for their sick stylings behind the decks and in the studio, this London-based duo has worked with everyone from OWSLA to Night Bass over the years. Blowing away fans at major events like EDC Las Vegas and Beyond SoCal, they’ll be bringing their signature sound to the forest for a solid set as well.
