Zedd will be headed to Los Angeles with some friends for the first dance music focused event at LA State Historic Park since 2013.
After a few days of teasing their biggest fans with photos from the Los Angeles State Historic Park and Zedd‘s logo, the rumors began to swirl surrounding what was to come. Today, those questions have been answered as Insomniac has officially announced the details surrounding the upcoming show dubbed Zedd In The Park.
Set to be hosted at the iconic Los Angeles venue on Tuesday, July 3, Zedd In The Park will be the first time since his 2015 Staples Center performance that Zedd will be headlining in Los Angeles. Joining him for the show will be rising stars Whethan, Medasin, and Oliver Tree who have all been making waves in the scene recently.
“It’s such an honor to be able to play this iconic LA venue. I can’t wait to share this moment with my fans.” – Zedd
The best piece of news to come from this announcement is that this event is taking place at the LA State Historic Park, which has not played host to full-on dance music event since their remodel in 2013. Prior to the remodel, the venue was known for its epic editions of HARD Summer, Swedish House Mafia’s ‘One Last Tour’, and more.
Since its remodel, LA State Historic Park has featured other events that weren’t solely electronic like Skyline: Art, Music, Food last year which was well-received by attendees. The venue features 32 acres of space, jaw-dropping views of Downtown Los Angeles, and has easy access to the Los Angeles Union Station to make it more accessible for anyone looking to attend.
Additional details for Zedd In The Park will be announced soon. Pre-sale tickets for Zedd In The Park will be available starting Thursday, May 10 at 10 a.m. PT and general on-sale will follow on Friday, May 11 at 10 a.m. PT via zedd.me/ZeddInThePark.
