A few thoughts from Hardwell & Steve Aoki on their combined anthemic vision:
“My fans know that I love to deliver the biggest tracks in my sets and definitely from my studio. I am always working to bring that anthemic vibe with my music. So what better DJ to pair up with in the studio than Steve to create a dancefloor banger that is every inch the “Anthem” It says on the tin!”
– Hardwell
“Hardwell and I named this song “Anthem”. We came together with the intention of creating a worldwide anthem, a record for all our fans around the world.”
– Steve Aoki
But wait…there’s more! Before you go, here is a little fun fact about the track cover art:
The track artwork was illustrated by Rod Martinez and designed to look like a movie poster for an imaginary film centered around Steve Aoki and Hardwell’s performances at Miami’s Ultra Music Festival. A pretty unique idea and the perfect expression of their unwavering fame in the industry.
