For three days from March 30 through April 1, The Netherlands will come to life with the sounds of DGTL Amsterdam, boasting six stages that will quench of all your dance music desires!

For years, DGTL Amsterdam has been crafting experiences through music, art, and next level production, balancing new acts with old and striving to deliver events that make a sustainable impact on the scene as they spread the word of dance. Not limiting itself to bringing in only big-name talent, DGTL promotes the visionaries that come packed with something positive, unique, and out of the box.

This year, DGTL is sparing no expense, dividing up their artists into six stylistically spectacular industrial inspired stages that will play home to the beats that will drive your soul all Easter weekend long. Stretching across the NDSM Docklands, over 65 game-changing musical maestros will make their way to the stage to present festival goers with a hodgepodge of forward-thinking sound and effects that highlight the future of dance music nestled among unique art installations and revolutionary sustainability projects.

Six stages with six very different character traits will make for an adventure unlike anything you have experienced before!

Probably the most exciting stage revelation comes with DGTL teaming up with Resident Advisor once again to deliver the GAIN Stage that will play host to a full weekend of live streams surrounded by the intriguing art project of “Ferrotopia” by Atelier van Lieshout. This art project pays tribute to industrial history but also throws a questioning look at the future which is exactly what DGTL has set out to explore and promote. The site-specific installation consists of a number of heterogeneous elements from the project New Tribal Labyrinth, the Gesamktkunstwerk, that Atelier Van Lieshout has been working on since 2010.

Prepare for your breath to be whisked away as you marvel at the installation consisting of four pieces: the central Hammer House, the iconic tribal building called the Domestikator, the metal workshop dubbed the Happy Pouring Shed, and the multifunctional Refter. The Refter is where you can find the GAIN Resident Advisor stage, an intimate space where all visitors can be free to rejoice in life, love, happiness, and musical freedom!

Now, what will begin with the warmer sounds of house on March 30 will morph into a multigenre celebration running the gamut of techno, house, and even some live band action to stir things up and keep things interesting. Be sure to check out the Modular stage hosting the sounds of big house with names such as Ame ll Ame, Laurent Garnier, and Tale of Us. And if you have a desire to dance with the creatures of the underground, simply wander on over to the Generator stage where artists like Amelie Lens, DVS1, and Jeff Mills promise to fulfill all of your dark desires. And explore your passions even further as you embrace the acts on the Filter, Frequency, and AMP stages, boasting a more specific approach to their offerings and focusing on the more niche’ styles of sound.

Stay locked in with us as more information about DGTL is revealed and make sure you grab your tickets for DGTL Amsterdam 2018 before they sell out!
