Ginuwine - Pony ILLSTRTD Remix

We’re taking it back to the 90’s with this exclusive fresh remix of Ginuwine’s hit track “Pony” by illstrtd!

Producer illstrtd has impressed many over the past few years with both his original tunes and quality flips of tracks too. Hailing from Melbourne, he has risen further to the top this year already with a buzz surrounding his name. Why? Because he has taken a look back at a different era of music and has brought back some serious nostalgia for many. Illstrtd already impressed mightily with his original tune “Pictures Don’t Fade” last year, and now his sights were set on something both old and new. His latest project, the #throwbacktothe90s mixtape is a testament to the music we grew up to and still play out to this day. Taking some quality tunes from the 90’s R&B scene that are considered classics in their own right, illstrtd gracefully brought them up to speed with the current vibe of the electronic music scene. Already releasing flips of Blackstreet’s “No Diggity” and TLC’s “No Scrubs“, we are proud to release to you today his remix of Ginuwine‘s massive tune “Pony”!

We absolutely loved the fresh flip that was given by illstrtd on this tune and just can’t get enough of it. The track is sure to get dancefloors moving to the beat and we expect to see this tune incorporated in sets that are both looking to bring a touch of nostalgia alongside quality production. I can’t lie in saying that I am a sucker for new takes on tunes that really bring the vibes. Listen on below for the first-ever time this has been released to the public, and let us know your thoughts in the comments!
