Delta Heavy @ The Yost Theater | Preview & Giveaway

On Thursday, December 8th, The Yost Theater will be playing host to Drum & Bass pioneers Delta Heavy.

Without a doubt, 2016 has been a massively successful year for drum and bass duo Delta Heavy. In March, Delta Heavy released their debut album, Paradise, only to have it be in the top 10 dance charts in both the UK and US. They also followed up this album with an EP entitled White Flag, that was released in May. Among these celebrations, they were also killing it on the festival and club circuit. They made appearances and headlined at The Common – Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Creamfields, and more including a killer set at EDC Las Vegas‘s Basspod stage. Closing 2016 out with a bang, Delta Heavy’s year-ending World Tour will be one of their most comprehensive and impressive efforts to date. Drum and bass fans in Los Angeles are in for a treat as the duo is making a stop at our very own Yost Theater alongside Dirtyphonics and Krimer!

The duo has also recently released two absolutely killer singles: Kill Room and Bar Fight. “Kill Room” is inspired by creepy TV show Dexter, is a very eerie and slowly incorporates more of that heavy drum n bass beat that I fans expect and love from the duo. The latest single “Bar Fight” ‘Bar Fight’ is an amazing fusion of drumstep, heavy guitar riffs, and an undeniably punishing bassline.
