Technoheads Will Love Pan-Pot’s ‘Win Some’ EP

Abisola Oseni by Abisola Oseni

in New Releases, Music

German duo, Pan-Pot, has just released a EP that will certainly enrapture fans of their deep underground sound! For those unfamiliar with the pair, Pan-Pot is composed of DJ/producers Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix and their sounds mainly traverse the techno and tech house genres. Though the duo have their own imprint, Second State Audio, their latest EP ‘Win Some‘ was released via fellow techno artist, Nicole Moudaber‘s label Mood Records. The EP consists of two tracks, “Win Some” and “Lose Some” both of which have very different sounds. The first track, “Win Some” is the deeper, darker techno track with high energy beats and layers of percussion mixed throughout whereas “Lose Some” is more house influenced and synth heavy. However, both tracks complement each other and easily flow together as the perfect “techno yin and yang.”

Currently touring throughout Europe, make sure to catch Pan-Pot at their only upcoming North American stop at Symbiosis Gathering in September! Check the full tour dates below.

‘Win Some’ EP Tracklisting

  1. Win Some
  2. Lose Some

Pan-Pot’s latest EP is available via MOOD Records exclusively on Beatport.
