On Friday, April 20, Dion Timmer and Blunts & Blondes are heading to Avalon Hollywood for a night full of dubstep beats.
The Netherlands is known for pumping out talent from all ends of the electronic music spectrum and Dion Timmer is one of their prized artists. After discovering dubstep at the ripe age of 10, Timmer dove into the world of production and sound design and quickly immersed himself in his passion.
2016 was a massive year for the Dubstep virtuoso. With numerous releases from acclaimed label Monstercat and collabs from the likes of X and Excision, the dubstep world was forced to take notice of the up-and-coming star. His defining moment was playing support of Excision’s 2017 tour. This allowed his music to be exposed to over a quarter of a million dubstep fanatics and cemented his place in genre’s ranks.
2018 is already shaping up to be an amazing year for him he’s dropped a collab with Excision and is slated to play Lost Lands 2018! We look forward to what the rest of the year has in store for him!
Joining Dion Timmer on the main stage is bangin’ dubstep artist and appropriate choice for a 4/20 celebration, Blunts & Blondes. When he’s on stage the headbangers go wild as Blunts & Blondes is known to crank the hype levels over 9000. We are sure the dubstep community is going to keep hearing more from this talented artist as he’s making waves nationwide!
Providing support on the main stage will be I AM GEO, Frawsty, and Devin Callen. The Pioneer Stage presented by LiveTheNight will be pumping out some quality beats from artists Chris Tiano, Elwer, Pyroxiism, Oscy, and Baema. Additionally, the Bardot Stage presented by No Sleep Alumni will be bringing the sounds of C_Style, Darkstar, Jo3y, Kieao, Slue, and We Are Us.
