Groove Cruise is the true OG when it comes to hosting a “Festival On A Ship”. This year they’ve already set sail out of Miami back in January, but they have a second sailing out of Los Angeles primed for this October. Groove Cruise LA returns after a one-year hiatus for a journey of epic proportions from October 6 – 9 as they sail south to Ensenada, Mexico. In the lead up to the sailing itself, we will feature playlists from artists who will be taking the stage during the voyage, as well as some info so you can get to know them better. Whether you’re streaming their beats or catching them at a festival, BONNIE X CLYDE is one of the hottest duos in the scene this year.
Since catching our ears with their tune “Tonight” around this time last year, the duo of BONNIE X CLYDE has been rising to superstardom in the electronic music scene at an exponential rate. Dotting the lineups of massive events like Countdown, EDC Orlando, Life In Color Miami, and even playing a set at the infamous Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas this year, it is clear that they have arrived in a big way.
Their ascent is not just due to their dynamic sets, where you can catch Bonnie moving crowds with her live vocals, but also paired with a string of quality releases that have been bumping in our playlists all year. Back in March, they debuted their Wanted EP that featured some massive tracks like “Bass Jam”, “In The City”, and “Tonight”. Most recently, the duo released a version of Adventure Club’s track “Gold” where Bonnie sings the vocals on the tune in place of Yuna.
