Sorrow Emerges from Hiatus and Provides Tranquility Once More

Sorrow helps listeners find solace in the blissful world he’s created in his latest body of work, All Is Silent.

Hailing from Bristol, Sorrow provides his fans with a unique mixture of styles. Initially focusing on bringing a fresh twist to the UK Garage and Grime scene, in his more recent years, he seems to have switched to more danceable and light energy inspired by the music he grew up on. No matter what musical avenue he takes, Sorrow always has a way of creating the exact experience his fans never knew they needed.

The air has been silent from the Sorrow project for a little while, but the silence has finally been broken. Today, Sorrow blessed the airwaves with three new tracks on his self-released EP, All Is Silent, for fans to sink into. Each song is almost five minutes long, giving the listener plenty of time to fall into the setting provided and allowing outside distractions to drop out of focus. Let Sorrow be your guide to solace as it leads you into a world of inner peace on All Is Silent.

As you press play, the title track sets the tone for the remainder of the experience. The all too familiar sounds of Sorrow immediately flood in, and it feels like a weight is lifted off your shoulders. Soft-spoken lyrics and melodic strums will carry you into a much-needed elevated space. The chirps of gleeful birds greet you on “Saints” as if you’ve just begun a daytime stroll. This slow-paced track brings the breath of fresh air needed to raise your spirits to new heights. Now that your reset button has been pressed, “Ardour” comes in to provide the perfect sounds to dance around your room. From easily digestible percussion to the angelic flutes and chime elements, your body will have a lot of inspiration to flow along to.

Start your week off right and listen to the uplifting new soundscapes of All Is Silent. From airy soundscapes to words of affirmation throughout the lyrics, this EP provides the escape we all desire. Allow yourself to take the time for some self-care with the help of Sorrow and his ability to provide much-needed space for growth.
