Reinier Zonneveld and HI-LO bridge the gap between 2022 and 2023 with two techno-fueled collaborations, “Samsara” and “Nirvana.”
Techno had quite a moment this year, with countless artists flexing some of their best work to date while others have left crowds stunned with their performances. Two of the artists who have continued to carve out increasingly large territory in the subterranean realm this year are Reinier Zonneveld and Oliver Heldens under his HI-LO alias. Both have become must-catch experiences for anyone who loves deep, driving techno tunes, and now they’re ushering in 2023 with a fresh pair of collaborations that will warm you to your core.
“Samsara” is out now on Filth on Acid and acts as the lead look of the latest collaborative action between Reinier Zonneveld and HI-LO for this two-track release. This tune offers a dark, brooding bassline, Middle Eastern vocals, bright synths, and a trance-fueled build that make this one feel larger than life. You’ll be spinning on the dancefloor in no time at all when “Samsara” booms through the speakers.
The second track, “Nirvana,” is slated to land in early January after the new year kicks into full gear – but after hearing a first taste of the track, it’s shaping up to be another impressive offering. Listeners can expect an acid-twinged ride straight into the depths of the techno realm as the heavy banging drums consume your soul while the trance builds make their best attempt to carry you out of the madness and straight to heaven.
Listen to “Samsara” on Spotify and keep your ears peeled for “Nirvana” when it drops on January 6 – pre-save your copy ahead of the full release on your preferred platform. Don’t forget to follow Reinier Zonneveld and HI-LO on social media to stay in the know on future releases and upcoming shows!
