As I close out this album, I am feeling more in tune with my art and project than I have in quite some time. It has been a rough past year unraveling this album; honing in on each of these sins, what they mean to me, and how I want them to be represented. This has been my biggest project yet and the making of it was absolutely draining at points. I lost sight of my discipline this past year and it truly showed through my creative process; sometimes it’s as hard as sitting down in the chair and opening up your DAW. Now that I can take a step back, I wouldn’t change anything about how all of these tracks were born. Sometimes tapping in can mean breaking down.

The seventh sin, “Wrath,” embodies perfectly the inner anger and yearning for revenge that humans may face in life at some point. Its melancholy melody rides across an ascending bassline and delivers a no-holds-barred drop.
