Tiësto looks to inspire the next generation of DJs by teaming up with Eldohm and Beatport to create ‘The Next Beat by Tiësto‘

While legendary dance music artist Tiësto might be living in the present, his mind is clearly set on the future of the scene as well. Over the course of his career, the GRAMMY Award-winning DJ and producer has continued to help usher in some of the best and brightest in the scene – but now he’s looking to inspire budding artists by teaming up Eldohm and Beatport to bring his latest project, The Next Beat by Tiësto, to life.

This meeting of the minds is a match made in dance music heaven for young, aspiring DJs as The Next Beat features a number of benefits that are unmatched by current offerings in the market. Designed by Elodhm, a brand that has become renowned for its electronics geared for kids, this limited edition midi controller is easy-to-use and compatible with iOS, MacOS, and Windows.

The development of this controller marks an important expansion of what we do. The Next Beat by Tiësto is simple enough for young dance music aficionados to master, yet sophisticated enough to power sets in a live setting. Music is a powerful teacher, and with Tiësto at the head of the class, anyone interested in becoming a DJ will have a positive, meaningful experience no matter their age or experience level

Pieter van den Bosch, CEO at Eldohm

There’s more in store for those who make the purchase for their DJ-to-be as it’s paired with masterclass tutorials and a free 30-day trial to Beatport and Beatsource LINK subscriptions services, along with seamless integration with Beatport’s DJ web app. Additionally, The Next Beat comes with an exclusive collectible booklet featuring DJing tips and tricks from Tiësto himself.

I wanted to create an easy-to-use controller to inspire the next generation of DJs. I am always looking for ways to encourage people to explore their passions and The Next Beat allows aspiring DJs to learn the craft. It can be used as the foundation to begin careers of their own or simply to have fun learning how to DJ.

Tiësto

The Next Beat by Tiësto is retailing at €299/$299 will be available at Amazon and Gamestop in the United States, as well as a total of 18 different retailers in eight countries including France, Germany, The Netherlands, and The UK. More information and where to purchase can be found by visiting their website.
