German duo Four Hands looks to carve out more space in the melodic house & techno scene with their latest EP, Wasted Wonders.
Since the very beginnings of electronic music, Germany has been home to some of the most influential, forward-thinking artists in the scene who have brought the world some truly amazing tunes. Now, having been supported by the likes of Solomun, Kevin de Vries, and Nicole Moudaber, Four Hands looks to add their name to the list of impressive artists hailing from the European country with their latest EP.
Out now on Dear Deer Music, the Wasted Wonders EP brings two fresh tunes from Four Hands front and center, and they’re absolutely delectable. Influenced by progressive and trance artists of days of raves gone by, the duo created atmospheres that are perfect for virtually any setting as they blend quality synths and techno kicks to bring anyone who listens to a state of techno bliss.
While both “Wasted Wonders” and “Inner Storm” firmly exist in the melodic house & techno realm, both bring something unique to the table. The title track leans heavier on the melodic side of the spectrum with quality synths that captivates your soul as Four Hands descends into the darkness, while “Inner Storm” carries with it a bassline that will have your heart thudding along to the beat as its eerie strings dominate your sense.
Additionally, Four Hands also streamed a set for their fans to immerse themselves in that showcases their abilities behind the decks as well. Check it out on YouTube so you can familiarize yourself with their sound because this duo is clearly up to some great things in the melodic house & techno scene!
