Brazilian duo Felguk released “OK” on Alok’s imprint Controversia and gave us a playlist highlighting their favorite tunes.
Felguk has been a force in electronic dance music since first breaking onto the scene. Often releasing on massive labels like Spinnin’ Records and Musical Freedom, they’ve become known for anthems over the years like “WOW” with Yves V and “Slap” with FTampa. In 2018, they released a remix of Vanessa De Mata’s “Ai Ai Ai” alongside Cat Dealers, which has turned into their most successful track to date.
They kicked off 2020 with the release of “Game Boy,” a catchy 8-bit themed tune that has already eclipsed over a quarter million plays on Spotify. Now, they’re back with “OK“, their first tune released on Alok‘s Controversia record imprint. In celebration of this release, the duo has shared an exclusive playlist with us featuring the new release and some of their favorite tunes that will keep the quarantine blues at bay.
“We are very thrilled about the release because this music represents our original, old school identity: that typical electro house bass sound. Also, releasing with Controversia is very exciting, it’s Alok’s label, Spinnin’s sublabel, so it’s always a very positive thing.”
