Camp Alderwild is nearing, and anticipation is through the roof! Attendees across the globe are gearing up to travel to the festival’s final edition in the beloved Telluride Town Park. It’s bittersweet, but it also means Camp Alderwild is expanding into broader horizons, and we know Of The Trees plans to give it the proper send-off.

The 2026 lineup is loaded with some of the scene’s favorite artists, including Daily Bread, Detox Unit, Potions, Surfteam, Cool Customer, and so many more! What better way to get to know the roster beforehand than cruising into Telluride listening to the official Camp Alderwild Playlist? I know I will be. Who knows, maybe there’s a track or two in there that you haven’t heard!

Camp Alderwild is so close that attendees can almost smell the wilderness and imagine the whimsy. But before you get ahead of yourself, now is the time to triple-check all of your lists and ensure you’re prepared for a magical weekend in the San Juan Mountains! We’ve compiled everything you need to know to help you get ready for this experience. Read on for the set times, what not to bring, transportation info, and more. We can’t wait to see you there!

Please note that parking in Telluride is very limited in general. Carpooling is highly encouraged (and more fun).

There will be a station set up on Colorado Avenue, at the entrance to Telluride, to assist concert attendees with parking, camping, and ticket information at the following times:

Thursday, August 27th 9am – 8pm

Friday, August 28th 9am – 7pm

Saturday, August 29th 9am – 7pm

Parking: If you don’t have lodging or aren’t camping, follow the signs that say “FESTIVAL PARKING AHEAD” to Mountain Village to park. Once you have, ride the free gondola 12-18 minutes down into Telluride and walk to Town Park. We recommend leaving ample time to park, ride the gondola, and get into the venue ahead of the sets you want to see!

Mountain Village Parking:

The parking structure is on 433 Mountain Village Blvd., behind Market Plaza and northwest of the gondola terminal station. Daytime parking there is free. Overnight parking (2am – 6:30am) for passenger vehicles in Zone 3910 is $30.

Heritage Parking Garage is located under the Madeline Hotel and Residences. The entrance is located across from the front door of the hotel (turn west off Mountain Village Boulevard to enter the garage). It’s $2 for the first 2 hours, then $2 per hour, up to $40 max per 24 hours. Hourly parking rates apply overnight. The max parking time is 14 days.

Parking meters remain in effect 7 days a week in Telluride & Mountain Village.

Car camping is not allowed in public parking lots, on streets or rights-of-ways in the Town of Telluride or in festival parking lots.

The venue can be accessed on foot from downtown Telluride, via the gondola from Mountain Village, by bike, or by shuttle. Everything is fairly walkable once you are within the town of Telluride.

Gondola: The free gondola is the best way to travel between Telluride and Mountain Village. The gondola’s extended event hours are 7am – 2am. From Oak Street to Mountain Village, it takes approximately 12 minutes.

Station Telluride on Oak Street gives you access to Telluride. Station St. Sophia is a mid-mountain stop with access to trails and runs.

Station Mountain Village gives you Mountain Village access. From Mountain Village to Station Village Parking, it’s approximately 5 minutes.

A shorter gondola stretch connects you to Station Village Parking, where the free parking garage, Town Hall, and Mountain Market are located.

Lawson Hill Shuttle:

The Lawson Hill Shuttle will run every 15 minutes from Lawson Hill Campground to the Concert grounds from 10am – 3am.

Town Shuttle:

You can hop on the Galloping Goose shuttle, which loops around town every 15 minutes, 7 days a week from 7am to 2am.

Camp Alderwild 2026 – Food Vendors:

Bloomberries: Hand-dipped corn dogs, all-beef and Impossible corn dogs, waffle fries, Bavarian hot pretzels, chicken nuggets, and veggie nuggets.

Boba and Mi: Bánh mì sandwiches, vermicelli noodle bowls with chicken, pork, or avocado, plus boba tea in strawberry, mango, Thai, milk, taro, and blueberry.

Denver Pops: Homemade fruit and cream popsicles.

Stoker’s Sicilian Slices: Pizza by the slice, including veggie, cheese, pepperoni, and rotating specialty options, plus giant cookies.

Tot Box: Homemade tots with options including chicken, beef, bacon cheese, spinach saag, mushroom poutine, aioli, and avocado sauce.

Whitewater Wraps: Burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and key lime pie, with grilled chicken, pork carnitas, and sweet potato options.

Reminder to Mind Your Belongings:

Unfortunately, festival attendees have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Camp Alderwild.

Camp Alderwild 2026 – Dos & Don’ts:

Prohibited Items/Venue Rules

Re-entry into the venue is allowed with your festival wristband.
Bags will be checked upon entry into the concert grounds.
Chairs and inflatable couches may only be used behind the sound booth.
No pets are allowed on the festival grounds or in the campgrounds. Service animals, of course, are an exception.
No moshing, crowd surfing, or stage diving.
No unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.
No professional cameras with detachable lenses.
No outside alcohol or illegal substances.
No weapons of any kind, including pocketknives, pepper spray, or any objects that could be used as a weapon.
No fireworks, sparklers, or smoke bombs.
No megaphones, air horns, musical instruments, or amplified sound equipment.
No glass of any kind.
No drones or remote-control planes or cars.
No balloons, inflatables, or kites.
No balls, frisbees, or sports equipment.
No laser pointers.
No vending is allowed on the festival grounds, unless approved by the event.
