For the past few years, the Utah-based DJ has poked fun at corporate America through his artist project, which blends the everyday experiences of office life with the exciting elements of hard dance. Dev Lesh has run with this gimmick by introducing his aptly self-proclaimed Corporate Hard Dance, proving that hard dance can be more than gym bros and fitness influencers.

For prospective employees looking to join the movement, Corporate Hard Dance offers a range of excellent benefits — as long as you sign your life away. “Besides the lack of healthcare, joining the hard dance workforce will give you early access to exclusive announcements, song releases, and behind-the-scenes content,” Dev Lesh told EDM Identity. “I’ve made it a goal to give my employees more behind-the-scenes, exclusive music because that was something I’ve always wanted.”

Here comes the best perk of all. “If you attend a meeting (live show) and dress up in uniform (white shirt and tie with your personal flair), I’ll always make sure you have stage access,” he said. For this team-building exercise, Dev Lesh wants “to have a stage filled with people wearing white shirts and neckties. Just something to bring the community together and encourage a positive work environment.”

As we head into Q3 and Q4 of 2026, Dev Lesh is teasing massive plans for his shareholders. “Expect a lot of experimental hard dance incorporating other genres,” he shared. Fans may be familiar with his latest track, “DMTH” with HI VOLTAGE, which was a fusion of dubstep and rawstyle. Dev Lesh plans on pushing the hybrid energy further moving forward.

“I already have a riddim collaboration and am working on a melodic bass/trap collaboration with some amazing artists,” he revealed. “I have also made it a goal to work on more remixes and edits, so listeners will see those released sporadically through the remainder of the year.”

Despite his hilarious gimmick, Dev Lesh takes a serious tone when the topic shifts to the future of hard dance in America. “My vision is to see hard dance scale to the level you see in Europe,” he shared.

“With the huge wave of hard techno and social media, hard dance is well on its way to becoming a top contender with the bass and house scene in the States,” he attested. “It’s been a long time coming, and I’m excited to see it!”
