After a surprise set at EDC Las Vegas, Fred Again.. announced he’s heading to Stanford’s Frost Amphitheater for a run of shows on June 4-6.
In what seems like no time at all, Fred again.. has risen to stratospheric levels of fame. He has become one of the most in-demand artists, playing the world’s largest stages, most recently, a surprise set at EDC Las Vegas. Last summer saw a historic run of eight shows at The Shrine in Los Angeles, and three in New York’s Forest Hills Stadium. US fans were clamoring at the chance to see him live. And despite all shows being sold out, many were left waiting for additional US dates.
In an Instagram post Fred subtly dropped an announcement of three shows with the promise of more in the US. From June 4-6, he will take to the stage at Stanford University’s Frost Amphitheater. A middle ground between two of the Bay Area’s largest cities – San Jose and San Francisco – Frost is a picturesque venue tucked away amongst the trees. Fred again..’s appearance will be joining the ranks of other massive dance music acts hosted here including Madeon, John Summit, San Holo, and Above & Beyond.
In the announcement, he also teased an exclusive shirt that will be available at the shows. On the shirt is a large “FA” (for Fred again.. and Frost Amphitheater) in red, collegiate lettering flanking a tree, emblematic of Stanford, with all three dates. As with his previous shows, tickets to this run and the shirts are expected to be quite the commodity so be ready once tickets become available.
Tickets for Fred again..’s Frost Amphitheater shows go on sale Thursday, May 23 at 12pm PT. For more information and to purchase yours, visit his official website.
