Argy is deepening his grip on the melodic techno scene with the news of his forthcoming album on Afterlife, New World.
Argy has become a force to be reckoned with in the scene over the years, especially after coming into his own with his dynamic, melodic techno sound that’s captivated many. While he’s graced a plethora of labels during the past decade, his emergence on Afterlife helped catapult him to even greater heights with releases like “Tataki” and his collaboration with Goom Gum, “Pantheon,” winning over more fans along the way. Now, Argy is gearing up for his biggest release yet, a studio album called New World.
New World is officially due out on March 15, but if you’ve listened to the sounds Argy has crafted lately, some of the tracks will be familiar. The aforementioned “Tataki” and “Pantheon” are set to be found on this album, along with “Mental Powers,” “Tibet” with ARTBAT and Zafrir, “Aria” with Omnya, and “Higher Power” with Anyma and Magnus.
As for the rest of the album, Argy is set to guide listeners into the depths of his surreal soundscapes as he paves the way into a new era of sonic exploration. Expect the unexpected as he blends elements of the physical world with those from the digital one in this release, all of which will be put on display within New World and its conjoined audiovisual tour that is sure to be a multi-sensory ride.
