Showtek Explores the Music Spectrum on ‘360 Yellow’

in New Releases

Showtek unleashes 360 Yellow, the first in a series of albums representing its broad musical palette and ambitions.

Dutch duo Showtek is world-renowned for creating some of the biggest dance music anthems dating back to the early days of Hardstyle. Throughout this time, the duo has explored nearly every corner of dance music, cementing themselves as key players in every genre they touch. Their charismatic productions also translate into their performances as the duo has played worldwide, including EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and, most recently, Qlimax.

While the duo has seen success in the music industry, the work never stops as they’re proud to present their latest album, 360 Yellow. While most of the album has already seen the light of day, the combination of these records represents Showtek’s broad range of sounds, emotions, and styles. Diving deeper into the title, fans can uncover that yellow is only one of three primary colors, signifying a series of albums to come in the future.

Compiling all of their releases from the past year with new treats, 360 Yellow holds something for every dance music fan. Whether you’re a fan of the big room sound Showtek has perfected, their early days in the hardstyle scene, or their latest ventures in house music, you can find it it all in 360 Yellow. Seasoned fans will see the return of iconic team-ups with Sonny Wilson and Bassjackers, along with fresh collaborations with sonofsteve, VÉRITÉ, and many more. Topping off this album is a banging remix of Showtek’s classic single, “Cannonball,” by none other than Will Sparks.

In addition to the news of their latest album, fans were also treated to Showtek’s grand return to Qlimax this past weekend. While the duo has teased a hardstyle comeback over the years with several sets focused on the genre in between, this time was different. Showtek tore the house down in an epic set full of new music, like a collaboration with Sub Zero Project, plenty of classics, and the announcement of a full hardstyle album coming in 2024! Continuing this wave of momentum, the duo is now slated to play an exclusive hardstyle set at the debut edition of Basscon Bullseye in December, so make sure you’re there if you want to catch the action.
