Confession Drops Third Volume of ‘Discothèque Records’ Compilation Series

in New Releases

Confession’s Discothèque Records Vol. 3 features fresh tracks from Aazar, Tom Budin, Kage, Buitano, Corrupt (UK), and more.

Since Tchami launched Confession years ago, the label has become renowned for bringing some of the best sounds from the bass house to speakers worldwide. Established artists and rising stars alike have graced the imprint with boundary-pushing tunes that have ignited dancefloors, not to mention their stage takeovers and curated tours that have seen the brand soar to even greater heights. Last year, Confession brought something fresh and exciting to the scene, a new compilation series called Discothèque Records, and now it’s reached its third edition.

The Discothèque Records series is focused on bringing fan-favorite artists from the Confession roster front and center to show off the heaviest house tunes they’ve produced, and the third volume throws down some serious heat. Found in this collection are artists like Damien N-Drix, Buitano, Keeld, THYKIER, and Kage, all of whom are helping show off the direction that Tchami is taking the label as it begins its trip into 2024.

Aazar kicks off the ride with “Gimme That Bell,” which features infectious vocal stabs and hi-hats before swelling into a drop that immediately moves your feet before he passes the torch to Lodgerz for another bass-fueled ride on “Flava.” One of the biggest standouts on Discothèque Records Vol. 3 arrives with Corrupt (UK)‘s collaboration with Vikina for “Jump On It.” This tune is packed full of sirens and vocals, but it’s the rolling bassline that drives forward and will keep your toes tapping along with it as it drags you to the dancefloor.

While booming bass house dominates Discothèque Records Vol. 3, some surprises are also in store. Turn the dial up an extra notch by putting on Tom Budin’s “Rave House” to inject pure warehouse vibes into the mix with a blend of rave stabs, spacey blips, and more. And if a touch of Latin flair is in order, don’t sleep on NAØ’s “Favelas” to get your fix.
