The fall months are officially here, and Henry Fong dropped off a mix filled with tunes that will help you find your groove all season long.
Henry Fong has carved out significant space for himself in the scene since first breaking out over a decade ago. This DJ and producer, who is fully independent, has made his mark with performances at some of the world’s top festivals and nightclubs. On the release front, he’s graced many labels along the way, such as Hysteria, OWSLA, Revealed, Big Beat, DIM MAK, and Barong Family with stand-out tunes like “Stand Up,” “Pica” with Deorro and Elvis Crespo, and “What’s The Move” with Knock2 and General Degree.
This year has seen Henry Fong continue on his path of dominating stages and dropping memorable tunes. Not only has he played at Academy LA and HB Social Club in Honolulu, but he also made a trek to Mexico, where he played in front of thousands of fans who were craving his dynamic sets. He’s also dropped some heaters this year, including “Bumba Bass” with TV Noise, “PBJ” with Nitti, and “Badman Riddim” with Shaun Dean and Sweetie Irie.
More recently, Henry Fong was joined in the studio by Fetish, and the two created a mainstage-ready techno tune called “Girls N Boys” that’s brimming with rave energy and features vocals from MC Nas-D‘s “Get On The Floor.” He’s also set to join the DIM MAK family once again at the end of the month for their boat party in Long Beach – but before he sets sail on September 30, he dropped off a mix to say sayonara to summer and hello to the fall months ahead.
