Celebrate the Fourth of July weekend at the lavish Ravel Hotel for Edmtrain’s massive 16-hour event TRAINWRECK.
What started as a resourceful mobile app to help you find the hottest shows in town, has now evolved into a multimedia platform that’s about to take on one of the biggest parties NYC has ever seen. The team behind Edmtrain have built themselves from the ground up, and with their continuous efforts and growing success over the years, the sky’s the limit. And what better way to take their platform to the next level than throwing together a multi-stage, multi-genre, EDM event in the city that never sleeps?
Taking place from noon to 4 am on July 2 at the Ravel Hotel in Queens, home of The Summer Club, TRAINWRECK will span across five floors showcasing the best variety of electronic dance music. From house, to dubstep, to techno and everything in between, there will be something for every dance music lover. Offering a diverse range of musical tastes, they hope to bring our community closer together, artists and fans alike. And to think an event of this magnitude started from a simple tweet of interest is quite impressive.
The tweet garnered thousands of sign-ups, providing Edmtrain the confidence needed to pull this off. They received over 500+ DMs, emails, etc. from artists across the country who were interested in playing TRAINWRECK. They even had a form for local talent to fill out if they wanted to be considered.

This 16 hour event was inspired by all of you! Ten years of being in this beautiful community inspired us to try and provide an experience!

Earlier this week, Edmtrain announced the main headliner; the ringleader of the Progressive House Never Died movement, Audien.
