BRKLYN Showcases Their Unique Style with a Spring Mix

Rising duo BRKLYN has dropped off a mix that features unreleased material, all-new edits and mashups, and curated gems.

Artists who can effectively marry electronic beats with live instruments have made a massive impact on the scene in recent years, and BRKLYN is a duo continuing to showcase how well it can be done. This project brings the minds of Cameron Alexander and Cody Nadeau together, with the two artists blending their skills with instruments like the guitar and drums with synths and vocal melodies for memorable releases.

These Southern California-based artists have won over hearts with past releases like “Issa Vibe” with Wax Motif, “Nobody But You,” and an official remix of Endor’s massive hit “Pump It Up” that landed on Defected. BRKLYN was a bit quiet after dropping the House Is Home EP on Armada Music at the end of 2022, but they reignited the flame in April with the release of “Ocean” on Dim Mak, which marked their first release on the imprint. Their follow-up single, “Believer,” arrived in May and put their soulful house style on full display.

While there’s plenty more to come from BRKLYN this year, the duo took the time to spin up a mix to give everyone a taste of their style and what’s to come in the near future. “On this guest mix will be premiering unreleased music and all new mashups from some of our favorite artists,” BRKLYN said. “We are excited to announce our partnership with Dim Mak and will be releasing new music all summer long!” Found within its runtime are their aforementioned singles, “Believer” and “Ocean,” along with a number of fantastic edits and mashups that are sure to get you in a groove.
