San Francisco’s Outside Lands returns in August with electronic acts, including ODESZA, Zedd, DJ Diesel, EVAN GIIA, Tinlicker, and more!
For 15 years, Outside Lands has been San Francisco’s premiere festival destination, bringing attendees to the beautifully sprawling Golden Gate Park for a weekend of incredible music, food, drink, and cannabis. As the largest independently owned festival in the US, this celebration, taking place from August 11-13, marks a huge milestone.
For weeks, hints on the lineup have been released on Outside Land’s socials, with fans excitedly taking guesses based on the clues. Comments sections came to life with buzz on who the latest reveal was. Today, the full lineup has been unveiled and, as always, boasts a diverse roster from electronic and hip-hop to rock and folk. Headlining this year are the Foo Fighters, Kendrick Lamar, and ODESZA, who will be the first electronic music act to headline the Lands End main stage.
Joining the headliners are other major artists, including Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Megan Thee Stallion, Zedd, Janelle Monáe, Maggie Rogers, and FISHER. Fans can also expect to see French electro-pop band L’Imperatrice, the ever-dynamic DJ Diesel, Westend, EVAN GIIA, Nora En Pure, and Monolink. The SOMA Tent returns this year to further cement electronic music’s footprint at the festival with its own exciting lineup featuring BLOND:ISH, Claptone, Tinlicker, Âme b2b Trikk, and more.
When we started Outside Lands back in 2008, we had a vision to create a unique festival experience that had never been done before. 15 years later, Outside Lands continues to be a bright spot for the city of San Francisco and pushes boundaries in music, food, drink, art and cannabis programming, as well as providing space for environmental and social initiatives. The festival celebrates everything we love about the Bay Area’s rich cultural history.
