The hottest weekend in SoCal, HARD Summer, is set to make its return to its home in Downtown Los Angeles for the first time since 2013.

The heat isn’t the only thing hitting Southern California, HARD Summer is back and ready to shake up the electronic dance music scene. Known for its diverse lineups of epic proportions, this is the festival to attend for those who love everything from house and techno to bass and hip-hop. HARD Summer first landed in Los Angeles in 2008 at the Shrine Expo Hall and graced LA Historic Park for many years before trotting around different venues outside of the city’s limits. But this year, they’re bringing it back to where it all began.

On August 5-6, HARD Summer will make its triumphant return to Downtown Los Angeles by taking over LA Memorial Coliseum, Exposition Park, and BMO Stadium. This new home will provide a refreshed experience for those planning to attend HSMF as the large space will see stages sprawled throughout its grounds. The HARD Stage will take over the Green Lot on the south side of BMO Stadium and the HARDER Stage will be centered on the South Lawn, while the Pink Stage will be found on Christmas Tree Lane Park and the Green and Purple Stages will be utilizing the LA Memorial Coliseum and BMO Stadium.

We are thrilled to host HARD Summer’s return to Los Angeles as part of our centennial anniversary celebration. As home to the most iconic events in the world, this festival is an exciting addition to our 100-year history.

Joe Furin, General Manager of the LA Coliseum

The party won’t stop when the final beats drop at HARD Summer either, as a series of official afterparties will take place at venues throughout Los Angeles to keep everyone grooving deep into the night. Stay tuned for those announcements along with the full lineup reveal that will arrive in the coming months.

GA tickets for HARD Summer 2023 start at $189 (+ tax and fees), with VIP beginning at $359 (+tax and fees). Those opting for VIP tickets this year will receive expedited entry to the festival, dedicated bathrooms, a VIP Splash Pool, a complimentary beauty bar, and much more! Layaway plans are also available for all passes with as little as a deposit of $2.13.

HARD Summer Music Festival 2023 ticket sales begin on Friday, February 3 at 10am PT and will give those planning to attend the chance to lock in their passes at the lowest tier. Head over to their official website for more details and make your purchase via Front Gate.
