Reinier Zonneveld Offers ‘Oldskool’ Sounds on Newest Filth On Acid Release

The latest release from Reinier Zonneveld on Filth On Acid is an aggressive techno two-tracker that will take you back in time to the Oldskool.

From taking the stage at iconic festivals like Tomorrowland to releasing some of the hottest tracks in the techno scene, there’s no doubting the impressive legacy that Reinier Zonneveld has created for himself. This year has seen him continue to show the duality of his sound with the hard-hitting “Fist On Acid” with Angerfist and the soaring, more melodic leaning “Flying Octopus” with HI-LO, which have captivated lovers of the underground. Now, Reinier Zonneveld returns to his Filth On Acid imprint with another fresh offering for the masses, Oldskool.

This two-tracker from Reinier Zonneveld takes elements that permeated raves in the past and twist them into a new-age techno sound that will immediately transport listeners to the nearest warehouse. The title track is an absolute behemoth of a tune that blurs the line between acid techno and gabber for a refreshing take on hard techno that will punch you right in the face with each passing kick. The eerie backing synth lines make this one perfect for the spooky season we’re currently residing in – but you’ll want to add this to any playlist you have to get you amped up for your next underground rave.

The second track, “Daemonia,” starts in a more subdued way with pitched and repeated vocals that play while the backing beat begins to take form. Then, once it’s ready to burst with energy, you get smacked straight upside your head with the acid lines that will dominate your mind. The frantic pace will leave your mind spinning as your soul leaves your body, but you’re always in safe hands with Reinier Zonneveld guiding you to the next state of existence on the dancefloor so make sure to put this one on.

Listen to Reinier Zonneveld’s Oldskool on Spotify or your preferred platform and stay tuned for more releases from this techno mastermind!
