Meow Wolf Reveals Location for Vortex in Denver

Meow Wolf, in partnership with Live Nation, announced a brand new venue in downtown Denver and home for Vortex Music Festival, The Junk Yard.

Meow Wolf is at the forefront of immersive, innovative, and interactive experiences. With locations in Las Vegas, Santa Fe, and Denver, visitors can explore new worlds with detailed storytelling. Behind every door and within every corner is something new to discover in Meow Wolf’s colorful, surrealist universe.

In addition to the immersive installations, Meow Wolf has made music core to its identity. Attendees have been able to frolic in whimsical pop-ups at Life is Beautiful, attend shows from dance music’s biggest names in Las Vegas’ AREA 15, and now, Meow Wolf is joining forces with Live Nation to host Vortex.

From August 5–7, Vortex will be held in a brand new, open-air venue in downtown Denver called The Junk Yard. Reborn from the scraps of a former auto salvage yard, The Junk Yard comes to life as an industrial outdoor space in the heart of the Mile High City. Attendees can expect to be transported to another dimension in the only way Meow Wolf knows how, full of fantasy and wonder.

For three days, catch an amazing lineup featuring Toro y Moi, Channel Tres, Bob Moses, and Duke Dumont on two stages. Enjoy food trucks, delicious beverages, and immersive art from local artists. Vortex and The Junk Yard’s debut are set to make waves. You definitely do not want to miss out!
