Caprices Festival Announces Return in April 2022

Caprices Festival – the gorgeous Swiss Alps-based experience – returns in 2022 with Jamie Jones, Pan-Pot, Dixon, Tale Of Us, and more.

Most festivals on the planet are relegated to large open areas, amphitheaters, stadiums, or parking lots, with few offering truly breathtaking views. One that does take their views to the next level is Caprices Festival, which centers itself near the peaks of Crans Montana in the Swiss Alps. The festival’s unique vistas are just as captivating as their sweet grooves and booming bass from a killer lineup of house and techno artists.

This year, the upcoming edition of Caprices is set to take attendees to dizzying heights for two consecutive weekends, April 8-10 and April 15-17, and enhcant them with day and night vibes across three stages. The Modernity Stage, by far the most picturesque of the three stages, returns to greet fans in the bright daylight sun in the venue that looks similar to a glass greenhouse. Joining the Modernity Stage are the two-night stages the Forest Stage and Signal Stage. At the base of the mountain near the bubble lift depot, the Forest Stage offers fans a more intimate venue while the Signal Stage brings bigger warehouse vibes to the forefront.

This year’s lineup offers plenty to enjoy too! Sven Väth is the instantly recognizable name – but the experience at Caprices will be unique thanks to the show being special as part of his Catharsis album launch tour (notable as it is his first solo album in 20 years). Joining Sven are artists like Tale of Us, Âme, Dixon, Jamie Jones, Luciano, Pan-Pot, and Recondite. These strong artists staple the vibe of the festival, but the under-card artists – numerous as they are – offer a beautiful vibe and manage the sound between the big names.

The festival also strikes out on its own with new virtual reality, cryptocurrency, and NFT ventures this year. Caprices teamed up with award-winning cryptocurrency app SwissBorg to help with the venture and will integrate the art and blockchain world through themes like NFT and the Metaverse at the festival. We expect more details to arrive as the festival gets closer and advise following their socials to stay up to date on what they have planned.

NFT and Metaverse technologies offer revolutionary prospects for the music industry and the arts in general. With Caprices we have always sought to be at the heart of novelty, and being among the first to offer an artistic event combining real and virtual life excites us a lot
