"Feel It" with Stacey Pullen on Factory 93 Records Debut

Detroit-based legend Stacey Pullen makes his way to Factory 93 Records with two tech house heaters for his debut on the imprint.

If you’re a fan of house and techno and haven’t found yourself listening to a tune or set from Stacey Pullen yet, then you need to rethink your status as a fan of the genre. Hailing from Detroit, this seasoned veteran has been igniting dancefloors for decades with his sleek, soulful sound at nightclubs and festivals, while also paving the way for other artists on his imprint, Blackflag Recordings, along the way.

Now, Stacey Pullen has looked to make his debut on one of the fastest-growing labels in the house and techno scene, Factory 93 Records, with the release of Feel It / Circus Act. Centered on the tech house sound, “Feel It” sees the venerated DJ layer classic vocals over a bassline that you simply can’t help but find yourself dancing away to. Then, Stacey Pullen hoists the high-top tent and welcomes us all to “Circus Act” which is an absolute party and a half with its looped beat and energetic groove.

But this isn’t your standard two-track release either, as Stacey Pullen delivers a number of special cuts as well for added listening pleasure. “Feel It” receives a Full Force mix that ramps up the energy of the original cut along with a Nice & Smoove mix that is deeper and far more hypnotizing which makes it perfect for those late nights spent grooving away. Stacey Pullen then looks to Nic Fanciulli to put his own spin on “Circus Act” before delivering two Retool remixes that are solid additions to any peak hour playlist.
