Legendary artist David Guetta entered into a massive agreement with Warner Music for past and future releases in his catalogue.

As one of the biggest names in the dance music scene, David Guetta has continued to prove his iconic status with monumental performances and releases. Even the pandemic couldn’t slow him down as he took the stage for a number of United At Home livestreams that took place in cities such as Miami, New York, Dubai, and Paris, while he also continued to churn out hits tracks as well. Today, David Guetta announced the latest addition to his legacy, a new, career-spanning partnership with Warner Music.

This partnership will see Warner Music acquire David Guetta’s entire catalogue of releases spanning the past two decades, while also paving the way for releases that are due to be released in the future. As the eighth-most listened-to artist in the world on Spotify, this agreement will be beneficial for both parties involved as it will allow the electronic maestro to have a sense of stability as he continues to press on with new creative endeavors both in the studio and behind the decks.

“It’s rare for an artist to not only define a genre, but transform it. David has been doing that for over two decades – igniting worldwide audiences and influencing whole generations of talent. He continues to have an extraordinary impact on the evolution of dance music, while innovating and collaborating with new voices in dynamic ways,” said Max Lousada, CEO of Warner Recorded Music as he discussed the new partnership. “For all he’s achieved so far, there’s so much great music, creativity, and originality still to come. All of us at Warner are very happy to expand our partnership with this global icon.”

I’m super excited about the new music I’m working on. And even more excited that I have started to play all this new music live to my fans again and they are loving it. This is the right time to renew my creative partnership with my trusted team at Warner Music. This deal is about having the best people around me to ensure I can keep innovating with exciting new projects, while also working my extensive catalogue and continuing to build my career.
