SAINT SINNER is putting the pedal to the metal as she carves out her identity with the music video for “Couch Business.”
Hannah Cottrell, also known as SAINT SINNER, continues to rise through the ranks of the scene with her stunning work as a singer, songwriter, and producer. Frequently collaborating with Tycho to create tracks like “No Stress,” “Japan,” and “Pink & Blue” while also working with others like Supertask on “Get to You,” her voice melts worries away in a matter of moments.
Now, SAINT SINNER is carving out her own space in the scene with her new single, “Couch Business.” Just a taste of her sound as a solo artist, it has a dark, sultry sound that showcases both sides of the persona that’s authentic and brimming with individuality. The track carries listeners with its haunting nature with its punchy percussion and lyrics that hit the spot.
Paired with the release of “Couch Business” is a music video directed by Joey Muñoz. Shot in Tepoztlan, Mexico at an abandoned location, viewers will be hypnotized by a hidden enigma expressed by the artist. SAINT SINNER is introduced in the video as separate individuals, as Saint appears to be observing her older persona from the couch while Sinner dances – further pushing the message of finding freedom, love, and balance along the way.
