Virtually vibe out on Friday during Virtual Vibes Music Festival with SLANDER, NGHTMRE, SVDDEN DEATH, and more!

Dreading another Friday night spent on the couch re-binge-watching The Great British Baking Show? Us too. Thankfully, thanks to the Gud Vibrations crew, we have a far better alternative because you’ll be able to kick-off your weekend with the Virtual Vibes Music Festival! Beginning at 7PM PT and set to go until 1:30AM PT, the livestream event is sure to bring the heat and have you dancing all-night-long, so make sure to apologize ahead of time to your downstairs neighbors.

Sponsored by Super 73 and hosted on Twitch, the lineup features Gud Vibrations founders NGHTMRE and SLANDER, as well as fellow artists who have graced the label including SVDDEN DEATH, Wavedash, and Kraysh. The event will be streamed live from an undisclosed location exclusively on SLANDER’s Twitch channel, and SLANDER confirmed on their Twitter that each artist will be playing a brand new set, so you won’t want to miss it!

The Gud Vibrations brand was born following NGHTMRE and SLANDER’s iconic 2016 single of the same name. Since then, the two have turned GV into a highly successful label and toured together worldwide, delivering good music and good vibes along the way. Even though we can’t currently experience the magic of all these artists together in a live setting, at least for now bass lovers everywhere can virtually get down from the safety of their homes. Vibe? Check.

Make sure to tune in to Virtual Vibes Music Festival on Friday, October 16 at 7PM PT via SLANDER’s Twitch channel or the Virtual Vibes website. Make sure you get your rave cave ready ahead of time, and let us know who you’re most excited to headbang to in the comments!

Sydney Grant

Sydney attributes her love for music from her mom, who insisted on playing The Foo Fighters and The White Stripes rather than Kiss FM whenever she drove carpool and agreed to allow Sydney to attend Coachella in the eighth grade as long as she could go with her. That first festival only greater affirmed Sydney’s passion for the scene, but it was not until 2013 when she attended Swedish House Mafia’s One Last Tour concert in Los Angeles that she discovered electronic music. She was hooked instantly and has since attended a total of 23 festivals, with countless concerts in between. Sydney’s favorite artists include RL Grime, Jauz, Jai Wolf, Louis The Child, Slander, Bearson and Big Gigantic but she is constantly on the look out for new music and artists to dance to. When she’s not scouring the internet for new tracks or grooving at a concert, Sydney studies Journalism and Biology full-time at the University of Oregon.
