Bassrush Records Releases First Volume of ‘The Prophecy’

Grant Gilmore by Grant Gilmore

in New Releases

Bassrush Records packs some serious heat with their latest compilation The Prophecy: Volume 1 that features tracks from Esseks, Ecraze, Cromatik, and more!

Bassrush is one of the most renowned brands that fall under the Insomniac umbrella as they’ve dominated the scene with impressive shows, stage takeovers, and more. In 2016 they took their love of all things bass a step further with the announcement of Bassrush Records and have been dropping powerful releases ever since. Now, they’ve given headbangers even more music to get down to with the release of The Prophecy: Volume 1.

Clocking in at a cool 11 tracks in total, The Prophecy: Volume 1 shows off some of the fastest rising artists in the bass music scene who you should definitely start paying attention to if you haven’t already. Kicking things off is Esseks with “Between Channels” that features an infectious beat that will have anyone bobbing their head right along with it.

From there, the compilation continues to dive deeper into the bass realm with “Where Are You” by Secret Recipe and Noizon that brings along some eerie qualities with its heaviness. Other standouts among the collection of tracks include “Coconuts” by Shanghai Doom, “Catch Em” by ECRAZE, and my personal favorite “Deep Space OG” by Chef Boyarbeatz. Overall this is a collection of tunes that you’ll definitely want to check out if you’re a lover of all things bass music, so stream it now!

Listen to The Prophecy: Volume 1 on Spotify below, download or stream the full compilation on your favorite platform, and let us know what you think of this release in the comments!
