Members of the community who loves the harder styles of dance music are set to descend onto Los Angeles this upcoming weekend for a dose of high BPMs. Insomniac’s premier hard dance brand Basscon returns with their flagship event Wasteland which will be returning to its roots at The Hollywood Palladium.
Basscon Wasteland is set to start the new year off right as each artist set to play packs a powerful hard dance punch as the lineup yields some of the top names and rising stars in the scene. Artists such as Soren, Geo, and Mrotek have been some of the top up-and-coming stars and have been holding it down for the local scene. They’ve also brought in some heavy hitters in Radical Redemption, Subzero Project, and DJ The Prophet, to name a few. Not to mention the back-to-back action between Anime and MadDog as well as Darksiderz and Pulsatorz.
Earlier this month, Basscon Records dropped Wasteland 2020, a compilation album featuring some of the artists of the upcoming event. Although the hype is definitely there with the sounds on the 10-track album, we figured a more comprehensive playlist would keep the hype train running longer.
